The end of an era. After more than 32 yrs, today was my last official day at American Riggers, officially a Bishop Lifting Company since Sept 1st. This was an excruciating decision and I’ve cried buckets of tears over going through the sale process, announcing it to the employees and just at any given moment in between and after, including today.

I did every single job at this company over my tenure short of splicing, sewing and driving a forklift. Im forever grateful to the Big Rigger for the opportunity to continue his legacy. I hope I made you proud dad.

To each and every employee past or present, just thank you and I love you all. American Riggers success has never been about one or two people. It’s the combined team effort of people who decided to stick around this industry that takes years to learn and truly excel at.

And last but not least, thank you to our loyal customer base. We don’t exist without you. I fully expect the company to continue to provide the same level of quality and customer service that you’re all accustomed to. We now have more resources than ever and Neal Edwards running the show. He’s doing a fantastic job and anyone who knows him knows that will continue!
