After more than 43 years of dedicated leadership, Charlie has made the decision to step back from his role as owner and president of AJ Adams & Sons and enjoy a well-earned retirement. His commitment, hard work, and pride in this business have helped shape it into what it is today.
After working alongside both his dad and grandad, Charlie eventually took over the company and continued building on what they started. He spent a lifetime not just running a business, but strengthening a foundation built on quality work, honesty, and service to the community. We are truly grateful for everything he has done over the years.
We are proud to share that Cody will be stepping into the role of owner and president. As a 4th generation, Cody has grown up in this business, working alongside Charlie from a young age and learning every part of it from the ground up. He is committed to continuing the same level of quality and care that customers have come to expect since the business was founded in 1983.
Our team will continue to provide the high-quality work and customer service AJ Adams & Sons is known for, while also expanding services to better serve our community.
