Honsador Lumber was honored to support HomeAid Hawaiʻi’s 10th Anniversary Gala, Kauhale Kaiāloha, on Thursday, 4/2 at Bishop Museum, alongside many others committed to strengthening our community.

We had the opportunity to hear firsthand stories from individuals whose lives have been transformed through HomeAid’s work, from overcoming homelessness and addiction to finding employment, support, and a renewed sense of community.

We are proud to stand with organizations making a real difference across Hawaiʻi and encourage others to support HomeAid Hawaiʻi’s mission if they are able.

Nanakuli Relief Efforts

A community update from Nanakuli and surrounding areas impacted by the recent Kona Low flooding.

Pauahi Leoiki, a member of the Nanakuli Neighborhood Security Watch and Nanaikapono Protestant Church, shares how the community has been affected, where support is being coordinated, and how others can help.

Official Uniform Debut for the Honsador Lumber Jacks.

At Honsador Lumber, our commitment to the islands goes beyond the job site. Since 1935, we have been a part of the Hawaii 'ohana. We believe that giving back to the community that has supported us for nearly a century is our most important job. We are proud to partner with the Hawaii Amateur Athletic Club (HAAC) to support the next generation of local athletes.

On March 10, 2026, Honsador Lumber had the honor of joining the players, coaches, and families of the Hawai‘i Amateur Athletic Club Kapolei team at Ho‘ae‘ae Community Park for a special afternoon.

The team officially took the field as the Honsador Lumber Jacks, debuting their new uniforms during practice. Each player also received a Honsador backpack filled with school supplies to support their success both on the field and in the classroom.

During the event, the team and families surprised us with a heartfelt gesture. A parent representative presented Honsador with a $4,500 check representing the value of the uniforms and supplies donated, along with a set of team uniforms signed by every player.

We are honored to support local youth programs and grateful to be part of this team’s journey.

Happy 25 Year Anniversary, Cleo!

This year marks 25 years of Cleo being part of the Honsador team.

Cleo serves as an Inside Sales Representative in our Oahu Sales Office, supporting contractors and homeowners and helping keep projects moving across the island. Her knowledge, reliability, and commitment to her customers make a difference every day.

She began her career in inventory, learning the ins and outs of our operations before moving into sales. Twenty five years later, she continues to be a valued part of our team.
