I had a truly unsettling experience today. I went on a service call that quickly turned into a personal attack on my faith, my family, and my character. The individual lured me to their home after looking at my personal page and then proceeded to berate me with anger and accusations.
​I was called a racist, a bigot, and a "hatemonger." I was told that my family would suffer because of my belief in God and that he would use social media to "ruin" my business. The Charlie Kirk assassination really affected me personally just like so many others. Scripture says to be the light of the world, to be the hands and feet of Jesus and be bold in our testimony of how God saved us/me! My mentor and Pastor Gabe Cox says walking out faith out isn't a Sunday thing it's 6 more days also, it's everyday! What happened on Sept 10 to Charlie Kirk has now had a ripple effect on me and my family and my business because being Bold put me in the cross hair of the enemy.
​I share this not for sympathy, but to make something clear: my business and my personal beliefs are connected because they are both built on integrity. I will not compromise who I am to please others. I will not live in fear of being attacked for my faith.
​This experience reminded me that God is my protector. The peace and strength I felt in that moment of fear were a direct result of my faith. While I'm still processing the hurt and anger, I am choosing to stand firm.
​Thank you to my customers who have supported me. Your trust means everything. To those who may not agree with me, I will continue to serve you with the same respect and professionalism I offer everyone. I will not be intimidated. My business is built on quality work and honest service, and that will never change.
I say all that to say this No matter how long you've had a relationship with Christ or where you are in it.. Strap up with the armor God daily, The enemy is real and he's got nothing to loose right now! Guard your heart, protect you family!
