Wood, like all natural materials, has inherent disparities in color and grain pattern. Because of variations caused by nature, over which the company has no control, TK WoodWorx does its best to match the finish samples and grain examples provided. TK WoodWorx does not guarantee an exact match to the sample provided due to the natural variation of the wood. Samples of grain pattern and color are matched to the best of our ability. Due to the natural variation in wood, each piece will have a variation in how it accepts the finishing process. Lacquer is applied to the wood surfaces as a protective coat. Variations will occur in color, character, tone and grain from product to product. Slight variations between samples and finished goods should be anticipated. These variations will not be accepted by TK WoodWorx as a reason to return an order. CONTROL THE ENVIRONMENT:
To avoid cracks and splits in wood panels, keep the indoor humidity levels between 35% and 45%. All wood products will absorb and release moisture for a lifetime. Avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight from windows or near other heat sources such as stoves or radiators. Never store furniture in an attic, basement, or damp areas. TK WoodWorx pieces are built by hand with natural material and cannot guarantee any piece sold to look or be exactly like or a specific photo. LIMITED WARRANTY
Custom creations from the TK WoodWorx shop stands behind its product. All custom builds must be used for its intended uses only. We warrant all custom created products to be free from manufacturing defects for one year. Should service under this warranty be needed, the purchaser must first contact TK WoodWorx at [email protected] and place in writing with photos about service needed. All item returns must first obtain written approval from TK WoodWorx. Custom creations from TK WoodWorx obligation, under this limited warranty, at the option of TK WoodWorx, is to replace the product with an equal type if available, within thirty days from the receipt of product or repair if possible with a written recommendation from TK WoodWorx, and only if the product is found to be a manufacturing defective under normal use, care, and service. Repairs and/or replacements under this warranty will be made at the option and solely by TK WoodWorx and in its written sole discretion authorizes, at no charge to purchaser. Due to Covid-19, Lumber prices are varying day to day. Lumber prices ARE subject to change with the ever changing environments. Quoted prices for lumber are valid for no more than 72 hours from the date of any and all invoices.
60% of total is due upfront as a deposit for work to begin; with remainder due at time of completion for project. Minimum Labor is 2 Hours for any and all jobs. Labor includes any and all of the following: materials usage, quotes, purchasing options, etc.
