🌩️ Tropical Storm Eduardo is nearing landfall on the upper Texas/Louisiana coast right now — and Houston, this one’s about rain, not wind.
Heavy rainfall is the main threat, with 3-6” expected across eastern Texas and isolated spots seeing up to 10-15”. A flood watch is in effect for Houston through Wednesday evening, so be ready for flash flooding if bands stall over your area.
What to do:
🏠 Keep an eye on your AC and heating system for storm-related damage — a small issue now can turn into a bigger (and pricier) one later.
💧 Watch for flooding in low-lying areas and around your equipment/units.
💳 If you do need repairs, we’ve got monthly payment options for every job, insurance claim or not — and if you’re light on credit but have equity in your home, a HELOC could be a great way to cover it.
Stay safe out there, Houston — we’ll be ready when the storm passes. ⚡
