💰 SALES REPRESENTATIVES WANTED — UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL!
3B Concrete Construction is looking to add MOTIVATED, HUNGRY SALES CLOSERS to our growing team!
We specialize in concrete construction, foundations, paving, and dirt work, and we’re looking for individuals who know how to sell, build relationships, bring in projects, and most importantly, CLOSE DEALS!
✅ Must have proven sales experience
✅ Must know how to negotiate and close jobs
✅ Must be self-motivated and driven to make money
✅ Strong communication and customer relationship skills
✅ Construction industry knowledge is a plus
💵 PAY STRUCTURE:
* Guaranteed weekly base pay for the first 30–60 days.
* After the initial period, compensation transitions to commission based on the jobs you sell.
* The more you sell, the more you earn!
