Had the privilege of partnering with Samaritans Purse this week in Menasha. First class organization doing great things in the communities that need it most! Please reach out to them if you know of someone in need.

Families are hurting in Appleton, WI in the wake of the recent tornado that caused devastating damage. Samaritan's Purse is on the way to help homeowners start to pick up the pieces and remind them that God loves them.

Finished a topdress and over seed project today. Customer told me his lawn was so rough he thought the wheels were going to fall off his mower! Looks great now with an additional four yards of top soil.

Well friends this crazy weather has greened up the lawns much quicker than normal.
While it looks great to see this beautiful green grass it creates a problem when dethatching. Dethatching pulls a layer of matted dead material from the turf, ideally when the lawns are dormant. Now that the grass is actively growing, dethatching pulls out as much growing green grass as it does thatch. For this reason, we have decided to cease dethatching operations for the season. Very sorry for those of you we were not able to get to but in the long run its better for your lawn. We still do aerating if interested and can overseed as well.
