This job completed in Morgan County WV was a complete site development project for a residential home.
We installed electric conduit, well pump, water line, class 1 septic, excavated basement, prepped basement slab, and garage.
Also graded yard, hydroseeded, mulched and installed 20×40 driveway.

We were able to complete this 30x60 monolithic slab with a rebar grid in the 30in footers. A trough drain was installed in the center of the pad for proper drainage.
Project was completed and inspected in Jefferson County.
Thank you to Mr. Chapman for pouring and putting a beautiful finish it.

Demoed existing sidewalk in front stoop area.
Installed two trough drains, tied in all roof drains on residential and commercial structure, installed 562sqft of new walkway with stamped concrete by our concrete contractor Hites Construction, restored flowerbeds with w**d barrier and Delaware stone, graded, seeded and strawed around all concrete and drainage areas.
