A little preventative maintenance can save a whole lot of headaches. 💧

This customer was having issues with their well system, so we replaced the pressure switch and relief valve to keep everything operating safely and reliably.

These aren’t the flashy parts of a plumbing system, but they’re important. The pressure switch tells the well pump when to turn on and off, while the relief valve helps protect the system from excessive pressure.

When either one starts to fail, you can experience pressure problems, short cycling, or even damage to other components.

If your water pressure has been acting strange, your well pump seems to be running more than usual, or something just doesn’t seem right, it’s worth getting it checked out before it turns into a bigger repair.

Turns out tree roots aren’t paying the water bill, but they sure like hanging around the water line.

Customer called with a water line leak, and after exposing nearly 10 feet of line, we tracked down the problem.

Underground water leaks can be sneaky. Sometimes the signs are obvious, and sometimes they’re as subtle as:

💧 A wet spot in the yard
💧 Low water pressure
💧 A higher-than-normal water bill
💧 Water running when nothing is turned on

The longer a leak goes unnoticed, the more water (and money) can end up in the ground.

Thankfully, we were able to locate the issue and get this customer on the way to a permanent repair.
