Powder Coating is a free flowing dry powder applied electrostatically and cured in an oven. It provides a high quality durable finish available in a wide variety of colors and finishes. Some of the benefits of powder coating include rust prevention, Tougher than paint, high quality surface finish, no volatile compounds, recycled overspray, and fast curing time. We have 2 ovens and can accommodate

pieces 16' in length. Our small oven is 55" square inside by 7'1/2" tall and our large oven is 6' by 6' by 16" deep.

Another extremely satisfied customer! Where else can you drop your bike off in the morning and pick it up in the evening with these kind of results in powdercoating?
We removed the wheels, stripped off the tires, valve stems, rotors and sprocket, wheel bearings and seals, then stripped off the old black powdercoat, prepped the wheels for new powder, powdercoated the wheels, then reassembled everything, balanced the tires and loc-tited everything back in place... in 8 hrs :)
