BACK YARD TRACTOR WORK

I have a mini skidsteer with attachments.
It is 33” wide so it fits through most backyard gates.
I have:
Auger (with 9” and 24” bits)
Trencher (up to 24” deep)
Grapple ( great for removing debris piles and blackberries)
Roto tiller (40” wide hydraulic)
Regular Bucket (digging/moving materials )
Oversized bucket (moving large amounts of light materials)
Land leveler (smoothing grade)
Dump trailer ( 4 cubic yards of dirt/rock or 6-7 yards of light materials)

Fun little project in west Salem, had an existing retaining wall with exposed footings and upper paver patio.
Built a path with steps to a lower patio/ walk area so the homeowner doesn’t have to walk in the mud to his garage.

SMALL TRACTOR WORK FOR BACKYARDS OR TIGHT AREAS !

I have a small walk behind skid steer that is 33 inches wide so it fits through most backyard gates where it would be difficult or impossible for a riding tractor. It Has a zero turn radius and can get where wheeled machines have no room.

I have several attachments for it:

1) SMALL BUCKET with flat blade- great for EXCAVATION to prep for patios and walkways. ( I often use it to load wheelbarrows to save back work where wheelbarrowing is unavoidable)

2) LARGE BUCKET great for moving rock , dirt, bark dust from point A to point B, spreading materials etc.

3) ROTOTILLER makes quick work of preparing garden areas.

4) TRENCHER for irrigation or drainage up to 2 feet deep and 3-4 inches wide.

5) AUGER for fence post holes, holes for concrete footings ( round)or holes for planting of trees and shrubs.

6) GRAPPLE -great for moving/ setting boulders up to 400 # or more right where you want them.
GREAT for doing blackberry removal.

7) GRADER - for levelling gravel, soil etc. - also great for moving things around the property.

I charge a DROP FEE of $150 ( Salem area)+ $45/ hourly with a 2 hour minimum.

The LEAST expensive rental yard rents these for $235 per day + $100/ day for 1 attachment PLUS the cost for a rental trailer-So a lot of jobs can be done for WAY LESS THAN THE COST of rental with 1 attachment- but I’ll show up with multiple attachments if needed and you don’t have to pick it up, or use it, clean it, fuel it, OR return it on time!

I also have a dump trailer so removal of excavation or debris/ garbage is available.

Finished up the retaining wall extension and grading.

Customer had a concrete stairway removed that was “ about to remove itself “ so we’re continuing the existing retaining wall.
Also, the grade is insane so we’re digging a more gradual slope.

We should finish up tomorrow.
