Awesome 2,200 sq. ft. custom build with a 480 sq. ft. ADU we had the pleasure of taking care of for an Owner/Builder out on the coast these last few days. 2” of Closed Cell Spray Foam with R-19 Batts went into the ceiling for a total of R-34, R-21 Batts went into the Exteriors, R-30 in the Floor along with R-19 Batts for the In-Between Floor as well as some Interiors for Soundproofing.
