We built this 6’ x 8’ additional platform for a standby generator, tying it into the home’s existing AC platform to create a clean, functional, and structurally sound solution.

From framing and structural support to the finished details, we built the addition to blend seamlessly with the existing structure while providing the generator with a dedicated, elevated platform. We even beefed up the structural integrity of the existing AC platform to make it stronger..

🏡 FULL HOUSE REMODEL Coming in HOT 🔥

We’re excited to finally share the professional photos from one of our recent full-home remodels! This project was a true inside-and-out transformation, and we’re incredibly proud of how it came together.

From the exterior to the master bathroom, Grant Construction Group handled it from start to finish.

✨ From Plain & Boring to a Custom Statement Wall ✨

What was once a blank, uninspiring wall is now a stunning focal point that adds warmth, texture, and character to the space.

For this project, we custom designed and built a solid white oak accent wall completely on-site, ensuring a perfect fit and seamless finish. To complement the feature wall, we installed two matching floating white oak shelves that provide both function and style while maintaining a clean, modern look. We moved the outlet aswell to hide cords for the future TV to be hung for a nice clean and crisp look.

The entire installation was finished with a durable matte polyurethane, giving the wood a subtle sheen that enhances the natural grain while providing long-lasting protection for years to come.

It’s amazing how the right custom woodwork can completely transform a room without changing its footprint. Simple, elegant, and built to last.

💧 From Standing Water to a Beautiful, Functional Backyard! 🌿

Another backyard transformed by Grant Construction Group!

This yard had major drainage issues that left standing water after every rain. We corrected the problem by installing a new catch basin, adding a French drain system, and regrading the yard to ensure water flows away properly.

To finish off the project, we topped the area with decomposed granite, installed stepping stones for easy access, and added Black Star gravel for a clean, modern look that really makes the space stand out.

Now this homeowner has a backyard that not only looks incredible but also drains the way it should. No more puddles, no more mosquitoes no more muddy mess, just a beautiful outdoor space they can enjoy year-round.
