Doing some work at a local bank with the apprentice’s. The journeyman apprentice relationship goes back thousands of years, in my opinion it’s the best way to teach.

I remember all the journeymen that poured into me. The only way to pay them back is to pay it forward into the new generation.

My guys put some time in today and got the next rooms prepped for the upcoming phase. Restroom for techs and hopefully a space for lockers or cabinets for techs gear.
