Started a deck replacement job this week. Can’t wait to share more before, during, & after pics!
To get the old deck off, we worked with Blake Holbert @ Clutter Crushers. It was tore off & loaded in less than 2 hours! This saved us a lot of labor, time, & hassle.
If you need anything tore off, hauled away, etc., I HIGHLY recommend Blake and his crew!! Blake communicated well, he was there when he said he would be, and he did what he said he would do….Seems hard to get all 3 of those qualities nowadays!
On a side note…yes, the old deck was being supported by some old patio pavers, 🤦🏻‍♂️

Here’s an interesting one….at one time this was a deck with a hot tub. Then it was enclosed in - roof, walls, and all, with the hot tub still enclosed. When the current homeowners purchased the property, they removed the hot tub, but it obviously caused some moisture issues. They wanted this space turned into a nice walk in closet. So, we got rid of the old moisture problems and added new shelves and flooring. Turned out really nice & the homeowners are happy with the change.

It’s been a while since posting any updates…being busy is a true blessing, but I better take a little time to update some recent jobs.

This homeowner reached out about concerns of their water heater causing the floor under it to collapse. It had already sunken some through the years, so it was time to see what was going on. Turns out, there was literally no support under the water heater, other than a couple layers of 3/4”-1” particle board. We got it beefed up & then totally renovated the entire laundry room. These homeowners were so patient & great to work with, as they knew this was a time consuming process. And the best part…they are now friends!

Another great interior project for this time of year is getting the closets cleaned out. While you’re cleaning them out, why not have some shelving updates done. Recently completed two closets for a homeowner to add both more shelving & hanging space. And, with the new shelving system, the heights can be adjusted easily, if ever needed.
The homeowner is extremely happy with the updates.

This time of year is a great time for interior projects around your home. It’s especially a great time to freshen up your home with some new paint.
Here’s one we’re currently working on. Hard to do before & after pics, especially being that the wall paint is basically the same color. But, in person, the difference on both the walls & ceilings are drastic.

A new water heater installed. Added a drain pain & expansion tank that the old one didnt have. Also, had to cut the wire shelves & patch the drywall to get the new one to fit properly.
Didn’t get “before” pics & this is before I corrected the wiring, so didn’t get a true “after” pic.
Taking pictures = an area that needs improvement!
