A recent repair/restoration on an heirloom hutch. Broken glass replaced, broken leg repaired, various other damaged sections repaired and a good cleaning and buff on the finish the preserve the history the antiquity of the piece

This was a big project! Started it with a crew of 3 and finished it by myself. I took this one all the way down and basically rebuilt everything but the shell; new electrical and plumbing throughout, professionally leveled and reinforced underneath, insulated, added an entire second bath, new class IV roof, new windows and doors throughout, custom cabinets, custom trim, new cedar privacy fence, and much more. Grateful for the opportunity and hoping the new owners get many good years out of it!
