We are excited to share a new product we have been working on and with for the past 6 months. U-MASK-IT made to help add color to preexisting etchings.

A few pics from mid November project. A couple of replacement panels for the Holocaust Memorial at Boston, MA. Panels are 84.50" x 110" x 3/4", roughly 750lbs each. Suction cups along with the crane, Awesome!!!!!

Awesome job on this War Memorial by John Burns and crew. Black granite panels are 40" x 60" x 4". R3 photo resist used on the stencils (mask). Perfect application as well as the photo etching (sandblasted).

Due to the COVID-19, we will not be having a Fall Sandblasting course, group wise.

Private classes for couples, individuals are available for those who are still interested.

A few pics of few things done the past two months. No halftone pics to share at this time. Close to 400 since July, some probably virus related, so respecting the privacy.

Sample poker table top out of black mirror, etched with gold fill added. Showroom table tops with bark edge and 1.5" bevel. Optic crystal awards.

Getting a few things done this week, while trying to stay cool in this Texas heat.

Awards, red wine glasses, granite doors along with urn tops, miniature mason jars (108) with a two sided etch, Tumblers for the groom and the guys, crescent awards, clear (jade) nameplate, and more granite pieces.

Mask orders picking up, especially on the halftones. No pics on those while this COVID-19 mess is going on.

So far two have committed for our Fall class this October. We're going to limit only 6 on this, and will keep you posted as it nears.

White marble sample approved today. Onsite project at the end of the month.

Portion of The Declaration of Independence to see how it was going to etch and color filled. Will be etching it in its entirety on one panel, and The Constitution of the United States on another. Marble panels are around 40" x 60", side by side that look like an open book.

Will share pics when complete.

Getting a few things done to finish up the month. Optic awards, beer glasses, clear awards, halftone photo etch, nameplates, combo awards, vertical awards, 4th of July awards, 20 x 16 marble sample, and a bark edge nameplate.

Last piece has an over spray on it, bottom right corner.
Depressurized pressure pot, left the piece in the cabinet, stupid mistake.

On another note, our private class was a success. Those still interested, maybe thinking maybe October when it's a lot cooler.

A couple of flat markers from last week delivered to Minnesota yesterday. R3 and MMX 10 mil.

On another note, with the Spring blasting course being canceled, we've had request for private classes.

On June 18 and 19 we have one scheduled. This is short notice, but anyone in the Texas DFW area,nearby cities, or states interested, feel free to contact us for more info. Two committed so far, can take two more.

A Fall class for for October is something that is being considered.

Getting a few things done this morning. Crystal vase, granite pieces, 16 glass awards for next week along with powder coated Ozark cups. A little maintenance on our blasters. While cabinet is a Harbor Freight unit with dust collector, used only for blasting metal parts. A few have asked about our next blasting class. We're thinking October, all depends on where we're at with the COVID-19. We'll see... Email us with any questions.
