Tailboards play a crucial role in starting the day, and the job, on the right note. They serve as a tool to identify hazards and discuss ways to mitigate them for the tasks ahead. The conversations that arise during these tailboard meetings are also incredibly valuable. Our safety team was on site and noted that this crew excelled during this morning's tailboard.

Join us in welcoming two summer interns: Marcus, an engineering intern, and Ryan, an electrical field intern.
Marcus is a rising senior at the University of Delaware pursuing a degree in electrical engineering, and Ryan is a graduate of the Delaware Skills Center.

Earlier this week, they completed two days of onboarding and safety training. Now they are ready to expand their knowledge and gain valuable real-world experience.

Phil and Ryan are inspiring the next generation of electrical engineers and electrical testing technicians during Career Day at Rising Sun Elementary School. They talked about electricity, demonstrated how a circuit breaker operates, and let students try on arc flash gear. The class was so impressed that they asked them for autographs.
