PRIVATE RESIDENCE, KENNETT SQUARE, PA - The framing and rough-ins for the plumbing and electrical has been finished and the installation of the insulation has begun. Next week sheetrock will be started. The interior reallocation of space and revised circulation has cleaned up numerous functional oddities that were a result of years of additions and breaking this house into separate apartments. When the owners purchased this property they returned it into a single family residence - this work is the culmination of years of dreaming and planning in making their house a home!

PRIVATE COTTAGE, Machiasport, ME - . The waterproofing has been installed on the concrete foundation walls and the perimeter drain is being installed. Insulation board will be placed over this waterproofing to add extra protection and to create a thermal barrier between the cold ground and foundation wall. Warm and dry is the goal!
