If you've worked with O'Brien Construction, chances are you've benefited from Betty's hard work behind the scenes. She's been part of the team since 1994, starting at the front desk... a "part-time" position that only lasted about two weeks! 😊

As Office Manager, Betty keeps projects organized and moving smoothly. She loves that every project is different, bringing together new people, new challenges, and another opportunity to help set the team up for success.

Outside the office, you'll find Betty spending time with family, dancing, working out, or tackling her next home improvement project.

🐾 Meet one of the most important members of the O'Brien Construction team!

At 8 years old, this four-legged office mascot has a daily routine down to a science. Every morning starts with a visit to Zak's office for her favorite Costco chicken jerky treats. If Zak isn't there yet, she'll patiently watch the front door until he arrives, then it's a full sprint to his office!

She loves going wherever Mom goes, squeaky toys are her favorite, and she'll happily dig through her toy box until she finds just the right one. Tell her it's time to brush her hair, and she's convinced an adventure is about to begin. Mention the word "treat," and you'll have her full attention in an instant. The only word she doesn't like? "Bath!" 😂

Every office needs a mascot, and we think ours is pretty special. ❤️🐶
