Today the crew at North Peak Construction & Development installed a new storm system designed to collect, filter, and disperse runoff safely underground. From excavation and geotextile placement to rock bedding and pipe install — every layer matters.

Most people never see what’s beneath the surface, but this infrastructure is what keeps roads, properties, and neighborhoods from flooding during heavy rain.

Customer asked if we could get an electrical vault moved into the easement and power to his existing well house so everything is underground eliminating over head power.

A couple hours, an old barn concrete slab and 47,000 rocks later it’s ready for conduit and backfill!

You may be wondering why there is spoils on both sides, well we separate the topsoil from the subsoil when trenching thru fields like this. It ensures a much cleaner finished product when you backfill!

Rough jobsites don’t scare us. Some contractors avoid difficult projects.

We take pride in them.

There’s something satisfying about walking onto a struggling site, building a plan, organizing the operation, and watching the entire project turn around day by day!

If we said trench safety is not always on our minds while ditching out we would be lying. This is our 10 inch tie in for a new irrigation system on R&S Ranch. While figuring out a few lingering water issues, along with 2100 linear feet of brand new line and a bunch of risers to get their watering to new heights!

We enjoyed a sewer tie-in from the middle of the road to a commercial business for a fun rain soaked Friday. Only 14 feet down, avoiding the water main and fiber line, to where a previous contractor left off. After digging down locating the pipe, getting connected to the system and backfilled all for a days work. Notch in another happy customer!

It was another tight fit for todays adventure! After venturing some 7 feet down into the Richland soil we found the bell and spigot had separated from each other and a good section of root had grown in its place. After some smooth operating we had them connected and flowing by the end of the day. Another completed repair 👌🏻

Would you look at the tight fit for today’s sewer repair 😳 Out with the old corroded failed ductile and in with the new 3034 poly! This homeowner won’t be digging 2 feet down for his 100lb concrete septic lid anymore with the addition of the nice new septic riser and lid either. Match that with a new clean out, a sewer line that is functioning properly and some sweet backfill we are outta there!!
