One more step closer to the finish line at the Montano ADU project in Moses Lake 🏠✨

The drywall is officially done, and it's amazing how much a project changes once the walls go up. What felt like an open construction site just a few weeks ago is now starting to feel like a real home.

This is one of our favorite stages because you can finally walk through the space and get a true feel for how everything is coming together. Big thanks to everyone involved in making it happen. 💪

We're excited to keep pushing forward and share the final transformation with you all.

Gilbert Residence is ready for trusses in Kennewick 🏠🔥

This is one of those stages where everything starts feeling real. After all the layout, framing, and long days on site, seeing the house ready for trusses is always exciting 🙌

Some days it’s blue skies, other days it’s clouds and mud… but the work keeps moving 🔨🌧️

The Gilbert Residence is coming together little by little, and it’s always a good feeling seeing a pile of lumber turn into a home. Proud of the crew out here putting in the work every day and making it happen 💪🏡

A lot of people only see the finished product, but this is the part where the real work happens.

ADU project in Moses Lake is coming along good 🙌🏽

Finally getting to the stage where everything starts looking like an actual home instead of just framing and dirt. The siding turned out clean and the covered patio is probably one of my favorite parts of this build so far 🔨🏡

The crew’s been grinding on this one, especially with all the little details that people usually don’t notice. It’s a lot of work, but seeing it come together like this makes it worth it.

Still got more to finish, but we’re getting there little by little. Appreciate everybody following the project and supporting NETC Construction along the way 🙏🏽

Another solid day out at the Gilbert Residence in Kennewick 🔨

We’ve got the floor system going in and it’s awesome finally seeing this house start coming together off the foundation. The views from this property are crazy too 👌

Really proud of the guys on this one. A lot of hard work goes into making sure everything is straight, solid, and built right from the start.

Can’t wait to keep pushing this project forward. More updates coming soon 🏡
