📣 BUSINESS HOURS & BUILDING ACCESS UPDATE 📣
Summer is officially winding down! With Labor Day this Monday and school starting back up, we are transitioning into our non-summer business hours.
While our hours are changing, we are still here and available to take care of you! The biggest change you’ll notice is that our physical building will be closing to the public earlier in the afternoon.
📞 WORKING HOURS
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Emergency Services: Available 24/7
🏢 BUILDING HOURS
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 Am – 12:00 PM
PLEASE NOTE: When our physical location is closed, you can still reach us! Our team will continue working and can be contacted by phone, text message, or email during our regular working hours.
🔒 WHY ARE WE CLOSING THE BUILDING EARLIER?
Over the past several months, we have experienced an increase in unsafe activity around our location, including individuals entering or attempting to enter our property who are under the influence of who knows what.
For that reason, beginning at 4:00 PM Monday–Thursday, we will be locking the building and closing our gates to the public. This allows our office staff to finish their workday and prepare to leave without having to worry about an unsafe individual entering the building, approaching employees, or accessing their personal vehicles. Especially as it starts to get darker as the year goes on, we want to ensure everyone is safe.
We know this is a change from how we have operated in the past 30+ years, and we truly appreciate everyone's understanding. If you need to stop by after the building has closed, please call or text us ahead of time. We can make arrangements to meet you and provide access when appropriate.
👩🏫 HALF-DAY FRIDAYS – Building Hours only
We are also moving closing the shop at 12:00 PM Fridays. This is just building hours, not working hours. This is also due to the on-going activity that’s increases as we get closer to the weekend.
We appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support as we make these changes. We are proud to continue serving our community while also making the safety of our employees a priority. ❤️
