The Symphony Flex has been a favorite since it first debuted as our 2022 Parade of Homes™️ entry, earning multiple awards including Best in Parade, People's Choice, Best Workmanship, and more.

What makes this floor plan especially interesting is how different it can look from one family to the next.

These two homes started with the same floor plan, but each homeowner personalized it to fit their lifestyle, preferences, and design aesthetic. From finishes and color palettes, to layout modifications and additional bathrooms, each home reflects the people who live there.

This one tells the story of family, connection, and creating a place where everyone feels at home.

Starting with one of our floor plans as inspiration, these homeowners customized the design to fit exactly how they wanted to live. From guest suites for visiting family to entertaining spaces that make gathering effortless.

The finished result includes a luxurious primary suite, dedicated office, flex room with a wet bar, statement powder bath, pool bath, stunning outdoor living space, pool and spa, and views that never get old.

Groundbreaking day!!!

We officially broke ground on a modified version of our Forte RV, and to say we’re excited would be an understatement.

This home is going to be truly one of a kind, featuring modifications and personal touches that will make it unlike anything we’ve built before. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed around this family’s vision, and we’re honored to be the team bringing it to life.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to build for such an amazing family and can’t wait to watch this home take shape from the ground up. Trust us, you’ll want to follow along on this journey.

There’s something so special about handing over the keys and watching a house officially become a home. Today, we celebrated this amazing family and the end of such a beautiful building journey together.
