From organizing parts and managing orders to receiving shipments and supporting our mechanics and R&D team, Ivan does it all—often behind the scenes. He’s always willing to step in, whether that’s troubleshooting in the yard or operating heavy equipment out on the jobsite. His work ethic, attention to detail, and quiet leadership make a huge impact every single day, and we’re incredibly grateful to have Ivan as the backbone of our operations.

The full Seven Sisters development will eventually span 233 lots across ~61 acres, shaping one of Pasco’s most vibrant residential corridors!

We’re excited to begin work on our newest private project, VGLI, a development featuring two 10,000 sq. ft. buildings located within one of the region’s most desirable light-industrial zones.
