**Another Happy Landing story!**
My new friend Lori B. is one smart cookie! She took one woman's dream closet and repurposed it to make it her own signature space. When she saw my ad for these amazing closet towers coming out of a multi-million dollar house, she did not hesitate and snapped them right up! Even with the costs of the rental truck and hiring the guy who took them apart to put them back together, she still ended up paying less than 25% of what this swanky setup originally cost, and in turn, kept these materials out of the landfill! Deconstruction is ALWAYS a win!

Our client today is Heritage Beam and Board out of Elkhorn Wisconsin! This reclaimed flooring is headed to it's new home at the storied French Country Inn in Lake Geneva. After an extensive remodel, hopefully it will be open soon, and you can visit the bar to check out this project in person!

Who doesn't love the look of true antique kitchen built-ins? These 1920s beauties are coming out of a time capsule in a downtown Chicago building, and I would love to see them re-homed with someone who loves them. $1200 takes all the cabinets, hardware, sinks, faucets and granite. Willing to divide pieces.
