Installed a 5-gallon mineral water dispenser with a small electric pump under a kitchen sink. Concerned about potential for back injuries while loading a full, 43 lb water jug beneath the sink, a slide-out shelf was added. The shelf capacity is over 80 lbs.

Cold New England winters sometimes bring burst pipes and water damage. This basement rec room suffered that fate. Cut out the damaged area, reframe, cover and blend the plaster into the healthy wall and ceiling. It has to be prefect before painting, or your repair work will be obvious.
