COVID-19 UPDATE

Status Update of Grass Genie Inc. March 26th, 2020
I would like to begin this letter by thanking the Governor and his staff for working to keep New York safe and informed on their plan. I would also like to acknowledge the admiration we all share here at Grass Genie Inc. to all the doctors/ nurses/ military/ police officers/ firefighters and emergency staff that must do whatever it takes to care for so many regardless of their own safety.
As most of you know Governor Cuomo announced that only essential businesses are permitted to keep operating in his executive order 202.6 on March 22,2020
At Grass Genie we have received further guidance from the New York State Agricultural and Markets commissioner and the New York State DEC. All aspects of Grass Genie’s scope of work are considered essential.
We have also been given guidance as to keeping our employees and clients safe in this ever-changing world. Grass Genie Inc. has implemented safety protocols consistent with the CDC.
We have stepped up our awareness to social distancing and will continue to work on new policies and procedures to keep our employees safe. Every employee at Grass Genie Inc. has been given the option to stay at home. We are available to do estimates and evaluations and are practicing our social distancing. This can also be done remotely if preferred by the client.
Grass Genie Inc. is here to continue to promote good health for your landscape and to protect your family and pets from ticks and mosquitos.

Everyday seems like a new world with the updates and instructions we receive to address the current Covid-19 pandemic. As a small business, we rely on our community. Grass Genie Inc. is being proactive to maintain the safety and well-being of our employees as well as try to keep a sense of normalcy and operations during these unusual times.

We are operating normally with our services.
We are doing evaluations and estimates with social distancing and using protective measures.
