The Women Who Build MD wasn't just a brunch, it proves what happens when women in the construction and building industry lift each other up and speak instead of just accepting their daily challenges.

We are making our mark. We are opening doors. We are learning from one another, cheering each other on, and proving every day that there is a place for women at every table and on every jobsite.

To all the women who are building Maryland: keep showing up. Keep speaking up. Keep building!

And to the women who have pulled someone else up along the way, thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

More than steel. More than a building.
ShureLine Construction is proud to be helping build the structural steel for a new supermarket in Berlin, Maryland. For many residents, this isn't just another commercial project. It's improved access to groceries, new jobs, and another investment in a growing community.

We love being part of projects that strengthen the places where people live, work, and raise their families.

While most people will eventually see the finished store, we're grateful to be part of what makes it possible long before doors open!
