Replaced this old leaking toilet today! After the toilet was removed we removed the flooring and cut out the rotten area. We replaced the old cast iron drain with all new pvc drain pipe. We couldn’t locate a match for the floor so we installed all new flooring in this bathroom. Replaced the old toilet with a new ADA compliant toilet. This one turned out great!

Got the roof all sealed in on this one this week. Started installing the soffit overhangs on the front gable. We started removing the interior walls prepping for the floor tear out. We removed the floor and floor joists in one area, we’ll dig out the crawl space some more before laying plastic. The outside wall plates and floor band boards were rotten and sunk so we jacked it up and started replacing with all new seal plates. Next we’ll start installing supports and new floor joists! Next week we’ll get the metal for the roof and start installing soffit. Check this one out from beginning until now!

We tore the roof and ceilings out of this small house this week! Stripped all the shingles and rafters due to lots of mold and warped wood. The ceiling rafters were all warped and weak so we replaced them with all new 2x4 rafters. Tomorrow we’ll get the over hangs all built and sheeted and felted! This one’s really changing in appearance.

Got this garage framed up and ready for new metal roofing on this half. Garage is sheeted and insulation board hung. Facia boards are left to hang, next we’ll remove the front porch and frame up a new one!

Finished pictures of the last roof we finished up. We tore off all the over hangs and rebuilt them with more supports and soffit boxes. After all the facia was repaired and replaced we installed the soffit and new facia metal. We framed a cricket at the top of the chimney to help water run off from the chimney better. We also installed two new gutters on both sides of the top roof.

Tore off this small garage earlier this week! We cleaned up the area and started on framing the new garage. Raised up the new garage two foot and started on the plywood. Ready for facia boards and the rest of the roof plywood.

We started on this roof today! Tore two layers off the lower back section and removed all the plywood. We started installing new plywood and have a couple spots that need cut out and repaired.

Knocked out these two porches today! Come back tomorrow to cut some joints. Another job almost complete!

This one’s a wrap! We got the last window installed upstairs and all the board and batten on the back. All downspouts are rehung and everything sealed. All interior window jambs are installed. We also installed a catch basin at the back of the driveway to help drain the rain water . This project took a while but came out great!

Check out this transformation! We’re getting close to the final stretch on this one. We’ve added a few extra outlets and wiring for lights. Installed a new outdoor spigot and all the board and batten on most the house. We changed out four windows and still waiting on the last one to be delivered for the back gable. One gable end to finish and the outdoor will be ready to seal and it’s a wrap on this exterior! It’s amazing how much this property has changed! All new exterior and all new concrete drive. Check back for the finished product!
