We started on this roof today! Tore two layers off the lower back section and removed all the plywood. We started installing new plywood and have a couple spots that need cut out and repaired.

Knocked out these two porches today! Come back tomorrow to cut some joints. Another job almost complete!

This one’s a wrap! We got the last window installed upstairs and all the board and batten on the back. All downspouts are rehung and everything sealed. All interior window jambs are installed. We also installed a catch basin at the back of the driveway to help drain the rain water . This project took a while but came out great!

Check out this transformation! We’re getting close to the final stretch on this one. We’ve added a few extra outlets and wiring for lights. Installed a new outdoor spigot and all the board and batten on most the house. We changed out four windows and still waiting on the last one to be delivered for the back gable. One gable end to finish and the outdoor will be ready to seal and it’s a wrap on this exterior! It’s amazing how much this property has changed! All new exterior and all new concrete drive. Check back for the finished product!

More progress on this one! We wrapped up the stone the week and finished off the front gable. Some facia metal in the gables and around the porch and that’s all the metal. We removed the service wire and rerouted it with a new one. Most of our soffits up and we changed out the front upstairs window. Next week we’ll change the other three windows and get the board and batten on.

We’ve made some progress on this one the last couple weeks! Almost all stone is on and ready to grout next week. We replaced some facia boards before installing some of the new soffit. Window and door wraps are going on and added some new outlets on the north end. We replaced the sewer on the south end and reran it under ground. New windows come in next week and we’ll finish up soffit and facia metals. We’ll also start on the new board and batten. Keep up with this one it’s really making a change!

We’ve made some progress on this exterior. We installed fan fold insulation on the front and side wall. Repaired a couple spots on the walls and resheeted the whole bottom half of the front wall to match the top. We got house wrap started and working our way around to the other side. The guys are prepping for stone on the bottom of the walls and porch posts. We removed the old front door and reframed it for a bigger door. Got the new door installed, just need to finish the door jambs and it’s ready for metal wrap! That’s a wrap on this one until next week!

We wrapped up phase one of this house remodel! All the concrete driveway is poured and will be ready to drive on next week. Next week we start phase two the siding, soffit, and windows.
