We are on our next project that we started on Monday. This will be a great looking outdoor space featuring a paver patio space, seat wall with columns, a walkway, screening panels, a gas fire pit/table and some arborvitae trees with some vinyl edging to finish it off.

We are in Stewartville, MN today on a small wall project. The wall is going to address some drainage issues as well as add some curb appeal.

‼️Project Complete‼️

We are done on this project in the Spirit of Brandtjen Farm community in Lakeville, MN! The outdoor living area is absolutely stunning. The Unilock Bristol Valley pavers in Bavarian with the Basalt Copthorne make a great combination. Both of these pavers feature the Easy Clean technology that make these pavers very stain resistant. The walls and columns are Unilock Pisa Smooth XL in Midnight Charcoal with a natural stone cap. The outdoor space also has Tru-Scapes Outdoor Lighting Dot lights and under cap lights. This space will be the be the envy of the neighborhood day and night.

We are making good progress on this outdoor living project in Spirit of Brandtjen Farm neighborhood in Lakeville, MN. The hardscaping is wrapped up and we just have a few finishing touches left!

‼️Project Update‼️

We are in the Spirit of Brandtjen Farm neighborhood in Lakeville, MN. That patio is all laid out and cut. We have all the dot lights drilled into the border on this project. It will look very nice all light up at night.

The pavers are Unilock Bristol Valley in Bavarian with a Copthorne border in Basalt.

Here are some of the project photos from the Claremont, MN project! The front entryway of this house needed a little more curb appeal so we added some seat walls and columns. This makes the entryway feel more inviting gives a space for the long Minnesota goodbyes.

The back patio space got a great look fire table. This impressive fire table measures 8’ long and 40” wide. The 200k btu burner looks great and also puts out some heat.

Here are some project photos of the patio we finished up in Albert Lea, MN last week. This beautiful new space replaced a small patio that would barely even fit a grill. Now they have 800sqft+ of patio space to enjoy and entertain on. This outdoor space also got a built in fire pit with a Breeo Zentro Smokeless Insert. No more musical chairs to avoid the smoke anymore.

The pavers are Unilock Westport Smooth in Granite with a Westport Smooth border in Charcoal.

This project by Claremont, MN is almost a wrap!
The front is complete with these great looking Unilock Pisa Smooth XL Seat Walls and Columns. The Pisa Smooth Xl is in the Fieldstone color and really goes well with the house. We finished the walls and columns off with Indiana Limestone caps.

In the back we installed this impressive fire table constructed using Unilock Lineo block in the River color blend. This custom fire table features a Firegear Outdoors 72" x16" 200k Btu burner that puts out a great flame and a lot of heat. This client didnt want to bury a gas line so the burner will run off of lp cylinders. We have more fire glass on the way to finish off the install as well as a stainless steel burner cover.

We started a project outside of Claremont, MN today. This project will consist of some seat walls and columns in the front of the house and a custom fire table on the back patio. This should be a pretty neat project that will really take this home to the next level!
