Its almost August 1 (yeah, we can't believe it either) but, that means its aeration and seeding month! Get on our schedule to take advantage of mother natures rainfall (i.e., hurricane season) rather than having to run your sprinkler twice a day. The seed germination success rate proves its better to aerate and seed late August/early September, not mid-late fall like many think.
