This custom 60-foot deck was built to stand out and built to last — featuring two full stair sets, a custom fabricated gate, welded steel handrails, and heavy-duty fabricated sunshade mounts for both function and style.

BIG NEWS from Vance Fabrication LLC! 🏡✨
After 4 years of hard work, sacrifice, blood, sweat, and tears… we officially purchased our new home on our dream property!
Four years ago, we sold our home and moved our family of 5 into a 5th wheel so we could take the leap and start our business. We later moved into a rental while continuing to build Vance Fabrication from the ground up.
There were long days, sleepless nights, risks, sacrifices, and moments where we simply had to trust the process. But through faith, determination, and an incredible support system, we kept pushing forward.
Today is proof that hard work really does pay off. 💪
We are beyond thankful to everyone who has supported our family and our business along the way — our customers, friends, family, and community. Every project, every referral, every share, and every kind word helped us get here.
This is more than just a house to us… it’s a reminder to never give up on your dreams.

A lot of people hire unlicensed contractors thinking they are going to save money upfront… but many times it ends up costing far more in the long run.
Unfortunately, we’ve seen it firsthand. We’ve done quite a few correction jobs after unlicensed contractors left behind poor workmanship, unfinished projects, drainage issues, structural problems, and unsafe work that had to be redone properly.
When you hire a licensed contractor, you’re not just paying for labor — you’re paying for experience, accountability, insurance, proper licensing, and peace of mind knowing the job is done correctly the first time.
Cheaper is not always cheaper when you end up paying twice.

The horse stall and hay shed project is officially complete! We couldn’t be happier with how this one turned out, and neither could our customers. This setup is absolutely gorgeous from every angle.
Complete with:
• Tack room
• Horse stalls
• Hay storage
• Custom sliding barn doors
• Custom removable wood horse stalls that can convert from 2 medium stalls into 1 large stall
• Floor mats installed with proper grade for water drainage
• French drain system
• Compacted gravel base
• Custom fence installation
• Property leveling around the entire build

Every detail of this project was carefully thought out and custom built from the ground up — absolutely no kit used on this build. We also cleared trees to make room for this beautiful new setup and leveled the surrounding property to create a clean, functional space for the horses and owners alike.
Huge shoutout to our hardworking crew for bringing this project to life!

Back at it on this horse stall & hay shed project! 🐎

We had to hit pause for a bit to take care of a prior commitment to one of our commercial accounts—but we’re rolling again and making great progress.

✔️ Installed a French drain for proper drainage in the sandy soil
✔️ Graded stall floors and added gravel
✔️ Moved dirt from the bank to level out the horse run area
✔️ Put our track loader and hardworking blue-collar crew to work

Next up: installing stall boards and mats—stay tuned for the finished product!
