From there, we schedule a second design-focused meeting to explore ideas, layouts, finishes, and creative solutions tailored to coastal living.
Once the vision begins to take shape, we prepare a detailed proposal that can be refined and adjusted until it perfectly aligns with the client’s expectations and budget. After approvals are finalized, a construction contract is prepared and signed by both parties. The project officially moves forward once financing is secured and escrow funding is in place.
Before the first shovel hits the ground, Island Builders handles the critical pre-construction phase, including securing the necessary permits and approvals required for building in the Florida Keys and Ft. Myers Beach. Only after every detail is properly planned, approved, and organized does construction begin — creating a smooth, transparent process from concept to completion.
