May is National Military Appreciation Month 🇺🇸
This is a time to recognize and honor the service, sacrifice, and commitment of our nation's military members, both past and present.
At the Navy League, we’re especially proud to support those who serve in our sea services: the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Merchant Marine.
This May, join us in showing appreciation for our service members. Here are some ways you can participate in National Military Appreciation Month:
🇺🇸 Thank a veteran: If you know a veteran, take the time to thank them for their service. Your words of gratitude can mean a lot to someone who has sacrificed so much for our country.
🇺🇸 Volunteer: There are many opportunities to volunteer with organizations that support military personnel and their families. 🇺🇸 Donate to a military charity: There are many charities that support military personnel and their families. Consider making a donation to one of these organizations, or to one the Navy League's Giving Societies. Donations go directly towards our mission of advocacy and education about the importance of the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and U.S.-flag Merchant Marine.
