Spalling repair and structural reinforcement in progress.

We tore down the damaged areas, supported the structure, and added a new beam along with 3 new columns for extra reinforcement. This part of the job is not always the prettiest, but it’s one of the most important steps. Making sure the structure is stronger, safer, and ready for the next phase.

Step by step, this home is getting the support it needs.

Part 3 of this Old Town Key West project by NexNova Construction as the framing phase moves forward and the interior layout begins to take shape.

New wall framing is now in place, clearly defining the spaces and reinforcing the structure. This stage is an important step in preparing the home for the next phases, ensuring everything is properly aligned and built for long-term durability and performance.
