Here is a time lapse of a backyard lawn that was installed last Spring. For Warm Climates, Centipedegrass is a great alternative to St Augustine grass, as it requires less watering, has lower nutrient demands on the soil, and can tolerate slightly more shade than most St Augustine varieties.

Here's some photos I took during a 3 month check-in on a lawn that I resodded back in March. This client was overjoyed to finally have the plush, deep green lawn of her dreams, after the old grass, installed by a lawn company the prior year, perished in the heat of the summer. Proper soil amendments prior to laying the sod were paramount in the success of this installation.

My most recent project was for a couple who own a home on Lake Santa Fe, and had J.C Coleman Consults create a paver patio for them. I was very happy to come alongside his beautiful work and install a fresh landscape that complements his craftsmanship remarkably.
