Waterfront Wednesday

A few shots from a beautiful project we completed earlier this year - twin waterfront properties, with full exterior remodels performed by our teams.

Work included demo/ removal of:
Existing pool decks and finishes, landscaping and paver pathways, fences and gates, non-functional irrigation and lighting.

Freshly installed:
Porcelain paver patios and walkways, bar with circulating water feature, aluminum and glass and pvc fences/ railings and gates (including smart entry system at property entrance), pool waterline tile and diamond brite, trees and plants and sod, irrigation and lighting, decorative stone, and other finishing touches.

Big thanks to for the continued collaboration, and our crews who brought the vision to life.

This project had its challenges, as many do, but we pushed through and the results speak for themselves...

High-Flying Friday

Some action shots from a commercial job we have going in Miami Beach, where we're doing a rooftop pool and spa along with full landscape, hardscape, and irrigation installation.

We have some awesome footage we're putting together, but giving this little taste in the meantime.

As always thanks go out to the crews and everyone involved, looking forward to continuing our work on this one and bringing more beauty to South Florida...

Mandala Monday

Little throwback to one of our more "out of the box" designs/ installations of 2023. Tore out an old rotten wood deck and some nasty pavers and broken down fences, came up with this beauty you see here.
Wasn't quite sure how it was going to come out with the cobblestone paver inlay, but really happy with the finished product.
Beautiful project for an amazing customer, so nice to provide beauty for people who appreciate its value.

Modern Makeover Monday

Not necessarily our usual style, but we're happy to give our customers exactly what they want...

Here we did a pool and patio remodel, adding a new sun shelf and raising the depth of an existing pool. All new porcelain pavers, glass waterline tile, and super-blue diamond brite.

Working with existing systems can be challenging, but the clients are happy with the results and are enjoying their new outdoor space.

A little taste of the finished product, and the process getting there, of a project we recently completed. Full landscape remodel including porcelain pavers, matching waterline tile with contrasting "Lucayan Blue" diamond brite, barbecue area with cantilever pergola framed with Buddha belly bamboo and composite deck surround, drainage/erosion mitigation system along new dock, new sod with overhauled irrigation system, redesigned front yard with shade-tolerant plants and artificial turf, landscape lighting, new screen enclosure, and more. Beautiful project for great customers, really happy with how this one turned out...

Little paver job we did last week, one day install. Excavate/grade, prep, base, compact, level, lay, cut, concrete, and cleanup. Even threw a little sprinkler repair/relocation in there. Crew done by 3:30, boss man home much later than that.

Always nice when jobs go smoothly like this...

Surrounded by landscaping and vinyl fences and euro tile walkways and parked cars, so took about half a day.

Unfortunate but necessary removal of a relatively mature live oak yesterday, termites had made their way into multiple limbs and down into the trunk. Pruned it a couple months ago to mitigate but was already too far gone. Bunch of redirects and tag lines involved, but overall smooth operation.
