🌳 NOW HIRING — TREE SERVICE GROUNDSMAN 🌳
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Groundsman to join our tree service crew. This is a full-time position with long, productive hours for someone who wants to work and make money.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license
Driving/work privileges are NOT accepted in place of a valid license
Must have a very clean driving record
Must be able to pass an MVR check and be approved by our insurance
CDL is a big plus
Must be comfortable pulling and backing trailers
Must be able to haul heavy equipment, chippers, skid loaders, etc.
Experience safely loading, securing, and transporting equipment is preferred
Must be willing to work overtime, long days, early mornings, evenings, and after-hours when needed
Must be available to work any day during the week when called
Must be willing to travel out of town/state for storm work
Must be dependable, show up on time, and be ready to work
Tree service/ground crew and equipment experience is preferred
This is not a 9–5 position. Our crews work long hours when the work is there, and storm work may require travel and extended days.
We are looking for someone who can become a reliable long-term member of the crew, not someone looking for occasional work.
Pay based on experience, driving qualifications, CDL, and ability.
