Unbelievable the builders of this home put the sump discharge drain pipe 2 INCHES into the ground and used corrugated pipe!! Filled with roots causing freezing and back up into the home.
Fixed with Solid pipe 18 inches deep ran 12 feet from foundation, into a 36 inch deep catch basin. All clay no dirt made this a real chore to accomplish but we pulled it off. Your landscape superhero. 810-242-2827
