Meet our Inventory & Parts Coordinator Noah Burns
While you may not see Noah out in the field, he's a big reason our technicians and installers have what they need to get the job done. From keeping our inventory organized to tracking down parts and making sure materials are ready, he helps keep everything moving behind the scenes.

Q. How long have you been in the HVAC industry?
A. 5 years, the last 6 months being at Dependable.

Q. What is one thing most people don't realize about keeping an HVAC company stocked and running smoothly?
A. Keeping the company stocked is an intricate process. It seems simple to stock everything all the time, but the trick is to stock only what will be used. The goal is to not have parts sitting on our shelves for an extended period of time.

Q. What is your favorite part about working at Dependable?
A. My favorite part about working for Dependable is the challenge that comes with each day. Every day could throw a curveball at any given moment and tackling each challenge is exciting. Also, I am learning new things each day from our experienced techs and install crews, which makes everything feel new and enjoyable.

Q. When you're not at work, what do you enjoy in your free time?
A. In my free time I enjoy improving my golf game. I am not a good golfer by any means, but research and practice makes the sport exhilarating.
