Due to overwhelming response, we will no longer be able to accept any more power raking or aero-rating customers this year. This is not taken lightly, and we would love to service every property owner that has reached out to us but in order to continue to give the best service for our current customers we will no longer be accepting new properties.

We still have a couple of openings for spraying for the 2026 season.

We still have a couple of openings for weekly/bi-weekly mowing for Kimball only for the 2026 season.

I am proud to announce that McManigal Landscape and Design will now be called McManigal Lawn & Landscape LLC. I have purchased the former Monument Lawn Service INC out of Scottsbluff. I am moving the company to be based out of Kimball. I be covering Scottsbluff, Gering, Mitchell, Morrill as well as Kimball area. Anybody that knows me well knows that I love to work outside, and this has been my dream to start my own business. I hope to provide the same great service that Vance at Monument Lawn Service provided for 21 years. I am very excited to finally own my own business. We will be providing the following services:
