One thing I've always believed in is that no matter how long you've been in this industry, there's always something new to learn, and there's always an opportunity to help someone else.
Over the years, I've been fortunate enough to connect with technicians all across the country, helping troubleshoot everything from mixers and dishwashers to refrigeration equipment and ovens. Sometimes all it takes is a phone call, a little experience, and two people working together to figure something out.
Yesterday was another one of those opportunities, helping a fellow technician in Arizona with a rack oven.
I don't share this to brag. I'm just genuinely proud to be part of an industry where we can lean on one another, share what we've learned, and help each other become better technicians.
Seeing the recognition and kind words from others in the industry this morning really meant a lot. I've spent over 20 years turning wrenches, and knowing that some of that experience can help someone hundreds or even thousands of miles away is pretty rewarding.
At the end of the day, we're all still learning. I'm always happy to help when I can, and I'm just as grateful for the people who've helped me along the way.
Much respect to all the technicians out there putting in the work every day. π§π
