Construction is an industry built on toughness, hard work, and long hours but conversations around health and wellness are just as important as the projects we build. Events like American Heart Association's Hard Hats with Heart Homerun Derby serve as a great reminder that taking care of the people behind the work matters most.

Axis. Construction Mgmt., LLC. had the opportunity to step onto the field as a sponsor, take swings at home plate, and support a mission focused on improving cardiovascular health.

Today marked an exciting milestone as the Axis Construction Management team joined Citadel Credit Union for the ribbon cutting of their first location in Philadelphia. 📍

We are proud to have partnered on a project that represents more than just a new branch. It’s an investment in the vibrancy, growth, and continued strength of the surrounding community. Seeing local leaders, city officials, and community members come together in support of this opening made the day even more meaningful.

Exciting progress on one of our current adaptive reuse projects 👷‍♂️🏗️

Axis is currently transforming a 10-story structure into 75 apartments, bringing new life to an existing building while honoring its history. Commitment to preserving the building’s historical integrity carries through all 10 floors, not just at the street level. Balancing modern living standards with historic preservation has been both a challenge and a privilege, and our team continues to deliver thoughtful solutions every step of the way.

We are excited to share that the Philadelphia Business Journal has honored The Tower at Henry as one of the Best Real Estate Deals of 2025.
This innovative project consisted of an 11-story, 300,000 sqf adaptive reuse renovation, converting the building into a multi-family residential community combining market rate and inclusive housing. The installation of innovative technology from our partners at Inglis enhances independence for residents with disabilities throughout the property.
