Job Responsibilities

· Take pride and ownership in work.

· Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, saws and other tools.

· Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis.

· Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment.

· Ability to understand and communicate information in a professional manner with team members and with clients.

· Demonstrate adaptability by responding to different jobs and expectations while maintain enthusiastic attitude and consistent work quality on a daily basis.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

· Two or more years of experience in construction

· Must be able to pass background check

· Ability to lift heavy equipment

Preferred:

· High school diploma or equivalent

This kitchen remodel included demolition of the existing cabinets, countertop and flooring and the installation of new flooring and custom backsplash courtesy of Avalon Flooring in King of Prussia, new custom cabinets from RTA in Conshohocken, granite countertop supplied and installed by Top Granite in King of Prussia, over and under cabinet lighting, painting, electrical and plumbing work, and all new appliances from Queen Appliance in King of Prussia.

This bathroom remodel included a complete gut of the customer's hall bathroom, new tile flooring and shower walls (Avalon Flooring), new vanity (RTA Cabinets), new granite counter top (Top Granite), new faucets and shower trim, toilet, new drywall and paint, and electrical work for new lighting and bathroom fan.

Howard was so honored to receive these thank you cards and letters from our friends at Living Bridges, after he donated his time and material to fix their picnic table and benches. It is truly a blessing to be able to serve others through our business. It's things like this that mean so much.
