We’re getting close to wrapping up our work at Ak-Chin Medical in Maricopa.

We’ve shared this project through several stages of the EIFS process, and now we’re nearing the completion of our scope. From the early waterproofing and foam installation to rasping, base coat, and finish work, it’s been rewarding to watch the exterior transform phase by phase.

There’s always something satisfying about seeing months of work come together. We’re proud of our team and looking forward to seeing this project across the finish line.

There’s always something exciting about watching a new hotel take shape.

Our Canyon State team is proud to be providing the stucco for the Echo Suites project in Chandler. The exterior work is helping bring the building closer to its finished look, and before long, this will be a place welcoming guests and visitors to the area.

We’re grateful to be part of another project contributing to the continued growth of the Chandler community.

When you’re driving down a street in your community and notice a project like this, it’s easy to appreciate the difference a little investment can make.

This older home on Beale Street in Kingman had four layers of existing roofing material. Our team completed a full tear-off and installed a clean, improved roof that’s ready to do its job for years to come.

You’ve seen the progress at Ak-Chin Medical before, but things are really coming along so it’s time to take another look.

Our crews took these areas through each stage of the EIFS process, starting with waterproofing the DensGlass, followed by foam installation, rasping, base coat, and finally the finish color.

It’s pretty amazing to see how much a building can change from one phase to the next. What starts as layers of materials and detailed prep eventually becomes the finished exterior you see today.

We’re proud of the work our team put into this project and excited to see Ak-Chin Medical come together.

From the early stages to the finished product, what a transformation at Reed Park Apartments in Mesa.

Canyon State Enterprises completed the roofing, stucco, and coping on this project, and now that construction is complete, we’re able to look back and see just how much the buildings changed from those first progress photos.

Taking care of the places that bring people together.

Our Canyon State team recently completed a new shingle roof at City Bible Church in Bullhead City. While the new roof provides important protection for the building, the bigger picture is what happens underneath it, a place where people gather, connect, and build community.

A fresh roof is about more than just a fresh look.

Our Canyon State team recently completed a full tear-off and new shingle roof on a home in Kingman. We also added new vents to improve ventilation, addressing an important part of the home’s overall roofing system.

We love projects where we can do more than simply replace what’s there, we can identify opportunities to improve the system and leave the homeowner with a roof that’s ready for the years ahead.

A little more Canyon State work to highlight from Mesa.

Our team handled the roofing, EIFS, and siding at the EōS Fitness project, helping bring the building’s exterior together from top to bottom.

Projects like this involve a lot of moving pieces, and we’re proud of the work our crews put in to make sure each scope comes together as part of the finished building.
