These Clients had a newer built home they did not like the cold tile and opted for LVP. We demoed and prepped the floors. Found a few cracks and high spots. Finished this room of LVp using Lifeproof Sterling Oak. Installed a custom metal edge to finish up against the epoxy flooring. Also added height to the tile edge so the carpet sits flush to with tile.

Finished another Lifeproof LVP floor. This is from a repeat client that puts this flooring in all of his income properties. One room needed to be Leveled prior to install. Finished another Manufactured house with Lifeproof “Fresh Oak”. This LVP opened up the living space and got rid of the 20 year old dated carpet and sheet Vinyl. We also repaired a few humps in the subfloor. Now this Client is ready to enjoy her beautiful floors! This was a referral from another customer. Thank you Susan and Tammy for trusting us to provide beautiful long lasting floors in both of your homes.

This was a long project with many hurdles. But with a good solid plan and a ton of work this remodel turned out amazing....
