In many cases, the tiles themselves are still in great shape. The part that usually wears out first is the underlayment underneath the tile—the waterproof layer that protects your home.

A tile re-felt allows us to remove the existing tiles, replace the worn-out underlayment, make any necessary repairs, and reinstall the tiles. This can extend the life of your roof while keeping the look you already love.
