**Subject: Job Acceptance, Pricing, and Work Scope Policy**
Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for choosing our company for your project. We appreciate the opportunity to provide our services and are committed to delivering quality work whenever possible. In order to maintain fair business practices and ensure clarity for all parties involved, please review the following policies regarding job acceptance, pricing, and scope of work.
Our company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any job before or during the work process if circumstances arise that make it unreasonable or inappropriate to continue. This may include, but is not limited to, issues related to customer conduct, communication, or financial concerns related to the project.
In some cases, we may provide customers with a significantly discounted price or a bid that is well below the typical market rate in order to help accommodate a situation. When work is accepted at a deeply discounted or underbid price, please understand that such projects may not receive the same scheduling priority as full-rate projects. Like any business, we must also account for operating costs including fuel for work vehicles, replacement and maintenance of tools, general equipment costs, and dump or disposal fees for debris removed during the project.
We will always make a sincere effort to complete the work in as timely and professional a manner as possible within the limits of the agreed-upon price. However, it is important to understand that running a sustainable business requires us to ensure that jobs are priced appropriately to cover operational costs.
Additionally, if unforeseen circumstances arise during the course of the work that reveal tasks or conditions not included in the original bid, those items will not automatically be covered under the original price. If work falls outside the agreed scope or cannot reasonably be completed within the quoted amount, that portion of the job may be declined or require a revised estimate.
